Vladimir Gorbaty

Vladimir Gorbaty is a Senior Associate and has been in the finance industry since 2008. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Prospect, Vladimir was a private equity professional at CSC Generation focusing on acquisitions in the distressed consumer space. From 2017 to 2021, he was an investment banker in the Restructuring group at Lazard Frères where he advised public and private companies on complex financial restructurings, distressed M&A and capital raises for troubled businesses. Previously, Vladimir began his career as a credit trader.

Vladimir received his BS from Columbia University and his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
