Scott Ferretti

Scott Ferretti is a Deputy General Counsel for Prospect and has worked in the tax and legal industries since 1990. Prior to joining Prospect, he worked at Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP, where he was a Senior Attorney and led the firm’s Fiduciary Accounting Department. Prior to Cravath, Scott was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP, as a member of the Tax Department. Before joining Ernst & Young, Scott was involved in the general practice of law at several New York law firms.

Scott received his bachelor’s degree at St. John’s University and his law degree at St. John’s University School of Law. Scott received his LLM in Taxation at New York University School of Law and is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
