Patrick Rourke is a Senior Associate on National Property REIT Corp.’s (“NPRC”) Asset Management Team and has worked in real estate and finance since 2017.
He is responsible for the strategic direction and monitoring of investments across NPRC’s real estate platform.
Prior to joining NPRC, Patrick worked at Morgan Properties where he was an Asset Manager for workforce housing communities in the Northeast and Sun Belt.
Before Morgan Properties, he was a Vice President in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Duff & Phelps.
Patrick received his BBA from Villanova University.
