Michael Farber

Michael Farber is a Manager in the Valuation and Due Diligence group at Prospect. Michael is responsible for managing the quarterly valuations process and performing financial due diligence to evaluate target investment companies. Prior to joining Prospect, Michael was a Manager in the Assurance Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP specializing in the Private Equity, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Construction industries.

At Ernst & Young, Michael was responsible for leading financial statement audit engagements for a variety of privately held and publicly traded clients, including private equity funds, real estate investment and property management companies, hospitality groups, and REITs. Michael oversaw the coordination of the investment valuation review process for a variety of different asset classes.

Michael received his MS and BS from Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
