Matthew Wender

Matthew Wender is an Assistant Vice President at Prospect where he is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Prospect, he worked in the Restructuring & Distressed M&A Group at Gordian Group. Matthew also worked as a Senior Associate at Parthenon Capital Partners and as an Analyst at Moelis & Co.

Matthew received his AB magna cum laude from Princeton University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
