Jay Schwartz

Jay Schwartz is a Senior Associate on National Property REIT Corp's Asset Management Team and has worked in Real Estate and Finance since 2006. He is responsible for the strategic direction and monitoring of investments across NPRC’s Real Estate platform. Jay was previously a Senior Associate on the Asset Management team at PGIM Real Estate, covering the Washington, D.C. and Boston markets, with a focus on ground-up development, lease-up, and stabilized apartment assets. Prior to PGIM, Jay worked as a Manager in PWC’s Real Estate Advisory group and as a Securities Analyst at AllianceBernstein and Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Jay received his BS magna cum laude from Yeshiva University and his MS with distinction from New York University.
