Hank Klein

Hank Klein is an Associate on National Property REIT Corp.’s (“NPRC”) Investment Team and has worked in real estate and finance since 2019. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across NPRC’s real estate platform.

Prior to joining NPRC, Hank worked as an Associate at Kairos Investment Management Company (“Kairos”), a real estate investment firm based in Orange County, CA. At Kairos, he was responsible for the origination, execution, and management of equity investments. There, Hank focused on affordable housing and value-add multifamily workforce housing.

Hank received his BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
