Hal Doueck

Hal is a Senior Vice President at NPRC and responsible for ongoing management of the firm's real estate portfolio. He focuses on development and execution of business plans, driving yield, optimizing capital structures, and running dispositions, where applicable.

Hal has worked with real estate investments since 2012, and previously was a Vice President of Asset & Portfolio Management at GTIS Partners. At that role, he handled a variety of real estate private equity investments across most major property types, including multifamily, single-family homes, commercial and hospitality assets, totaling approximately $1 billion in equity value. He worked on both opportunistic and value-add strategies. Prior to GTIS, Hal worked as an analyst for Finacity Corporation.
