Charles Knudsen

Charles Knudsen is an Associate on National Property REIT Corp.’s Investment Team and has worked in real estate and finance since 2017. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across NPRC’s real estate platform.

Prior to joining NPRC, Charles worked as an Associate at GAIA Real Estate, a New York-based real estate investment firm, where he was focused on equity investments in multifamily assets. Prior to GAIA, Charles worked at S3 Capital Partners, where he was responsible for underwriting, executing, and managing real estate debt investments.

Charles received his BA in Economics from Bucknell University.
